SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Eighty Seventh ST. currently ships all orders via Fedex Ground. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number, as well as tracking emails while the package is en route. Ground shipments do not require a signature, however to ensure successful delivery we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is around to receive the package ( ie: you, a concierge/doorman, or a business address). NOTE- if you live in an apartment complex with a buzzer system and are not home at the time of delivery, your package may be re-routed to your local Fedex fulfillment centre. We monitor all packages and will do our best to alert you on any interruptions or issues.

TORONTO + MONTREAL: 1-3 Business Days

REST OF CANADA: 4-7 Business Days

UNITED STATES: 4-7 Business Days

We ship from North Toronto and can experience inclement weather during the Winter months which may result in shipping delays. Please refer to the black announcement bar at the top of our web page for any updates pertaining to shipping & office closures.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are processed through Stripe which accepts all major credit cards or Paypal.

SALES TAX

For all orders shipping within Canada corresponding Provincial GST/HST rates apply.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $18.00 CAD on all orders and FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to CANADA and THE UNITED STATES only at this time.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our merchandise we are unable to accept returns except for defective items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at info{at}eightyseventhst{dot}com for further instructions. Defective items must be received by us no more than 15 days after the original delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund.

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.

Once a qualified returned item is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.
